We went over to Anning Middle School early in the morning after our breakfast. It was our very first time went to Anning Middle School. It was 1 hour journey. We welcomed by the Principle and their staffs. The weather as low as 12ºC. We were shivering and also playing with "smokes" that were coming out from our mouth. We were brought around the school. The first place we went was the School's Archive room. We saw their history of the school and the model of the school in the middle of the place. The school was rather big. After that we went over to the School's Hall, we were warmly welcomed by their students & teachers with the principle there too, clapping loudly for us. The Chinese Orchestra performed for us and after that we were appoint to our new buddy for the days that we are going to be there. After interacting for some time, the master of ceremony asked us to hold hands with our buddy and enjoyed the song that is being sang by their students. We were surprised that they sang really well, and before that we even thought that it was the music playing. In fact, our new buddies were better than the old ones. We were apart with our buddies as they had classes to attend After which, we proceed to the Chinese Calligraphy Class. We learnt the basic of it, and were proud with our work. We were honoured as we had the professional teacher to guide us. He did a piece of Chinese Calligraphy for our school and it says ' Study Hard.' We were extremely touched as he inspires us to study hard. Therefore, we proceed to The School Library for our lunch. We were separated in two rooms, Muslims & Non-Muslims. The food was incredibly nice and we keep eating non-stop. For the Muslims, the foods was extremely delicious. In fact our first very impression towards the food was very good. For the Non-Muslims, they had the same foods as the previous restaurant( ALAADIN ). They also love the foods. After our lunch, we had to take pictures with our buddy. We were given 20mins to bond our friendship with our own buddy. We went over to the grass patch wondering what to do, and asked questions about the education in China & Singapore. We noticed that they like to sing as the sang Jay chou new song to us, and even asked us to sing back to them, And their voices are really wonderful. We went over to our next destination which is Art & Craft lesson. The teacher showed us some powerpoint slide show, and teach us how to cut the ' Xi' word for the wedding. Some of us, cut it wrongly. And the rest, cut it nicely. Our last destination for the day was Martial Art :Tai Ji. We weren't that serious when doing it. As some of us, did it in a funnier way. And some of us, did it correctly. But most of us, easily get bored with it. As the motion of it was slow. After the martial art, we went back to Kunming. As matter of fact, we had our dinner at a different places. For the Muslims, we went to a restaurant named Islamic. The foods was exactly the same as the previous restaurant( ALAADIN) We didn't ate much. We only did finished up the scrambled eggs and sweet n sour fish. Others, we just left them there. We doesn't like the duck. For the Chinese, they had their dinner in a hotel's restaurant. ( JUEXIN WILL UPDATE MORE ABOUT THEIR FOODS) After which, we proceed back to our hotel. And Goodnight!:D  |
